It is our mission to work as a team, internally and externally, treating each of our clients as our only client.
Our Team
The Zellman Group’s recovery team consists of legal counsel, four levels of management, administrators, legal assistants, analysts, accountants, and recovery specialists. All of our outgoing and incoming calls are made and received by “live” representatives from our offices located in Port Washington, NY. This approach to Recovery Services allows our management team to have a finger on the pulse of the production process and ensure specialists are able to meet the clients needs.
Legal Support
Michael Ira Asen, Chief Counsel, Zellman Recovery Services, is a litigator with the highest Martindale-Hubbel rating and more than 36 years of legal practice. He is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, 3rd Circuit and other U.S. District and State Courts.
